Mrs. Fagan’s Class Explores Immigration -   Mrs. Fagan’s 4th grade class just completed an inquiry into family immigration.  Students discussed their ancestry with family members, then shared a statement with an artifact at school.  The result…students know more about each other and themselves!  Every student learned that their ancestors immigrated from somewhere.

Oregon Trail Academy is an International Baccalaureate World School PYP, MYP, and DP.  We are unique in providing an IB inquiry based, trans-disciplinary curriculum framework that emphasizes critical thinking skills, in depth learning and global perspectives.  We are the only K-High School in situ International Baccalaureate school in the Northwest.  Due to our unique program, we are a school of choice.

Our rigorous program includes:

  • Mandarin instruction each day, beginning in Kindergarten
  • Arts, Music, and Technology
  •  Classes designed to prepare students for the rigors of an IB Diploma (Enrollment cap: 27/grade)
  • An engaged community of families
