New Student Registration

2017-2018 Registration Information

For your convenience, you will find links below to some of the registration forms that will be included in the registration mailer your student will receive mid-July.  Please use these forms for informational purposes only.  The registration packet includes important documents that must be filled out and are not included on this web site.  For the student profile / verification form, contact our Registrar at ext. 7117.  For fee information or bill information contact our Bookkeeper at ext. 7127 or visit the Webstore.  You may return the forms by mailing them, postmarked by August 4th. to SHS Registration, 37400 Bell Street, Sandy, OR 97055 or by dropping them off at the high school in the main office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on August 9th or 10th.  Please use the manila envelope that your forms came in, and do not drop or mail cash.

If you are new to OTSD, call the Counseling Center at 503-668-8011 ext. 7125 on or after August 21st to make an appointment for a registration time on August 22nd or 23rd.  Please bring proof of residency, which should be a current utility bill or a rental/mortgage agreement and a transcript from the previous school attended.
