USA has 232 total athletes competing in the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Games, including four native Oregonians, but the students in Kelso PE Teacher Nick Coburn's classes are also ready to make a run for the podium. This week, students wrapped up a unit that featured seven games mirroring what the Olympians are up against in ski jumping, luge, bobsled, snowboarding, the biathlon, curling and skeleton, while also learning all about the Olympic games, teamwork, sportsmanship and more.
