Helpful information to get you through your students Online Registration

Electronic Signature
Type the exact first and last name you used when creating your online account.


  • You may click on Spanish in the bottom right corner to change the language.  Please note that this is a pilot project and translations may not be accurate.
  • Use the Previous and Save And Continue buttons at the bottom of each page to navigate backward and forward.  DO NOT USE YOUR BROWSER’S BACK BUTTON.  This will lock your registration for 24 hours.
  • Online registration includes a series of pages presented in a particular order.  You may click a module name on the left side of the screen to return to a module you have already seen.
  • There is a green progress bar at the top of each page to show your progress in the current module (not the overall registration process).
  • Your data entry saves as you move through the process.  You may return to your registration at any time in the future by logging back in and clicking Resume Registration.
  • A yellow In Progress button will appear if the application has been resumed.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, Online Registration is accessible through the ParentVUE app. Online Registration is best accessed from a desktop computer or laptop.

  • Online Registration uses 128-bit, transport layer security (TLS) 1.2 encryption technology to protect information.  The technology is similar to that used in other industries such as health care and banking.

  • Yes. Parents/Guardians can enroll or verify multiple students in a household at one time.

  • Yes.  Before you submit an enrollment or verification, you can leave the online portal and log back in later to make edits or add more information.

  • No.  In order to make changes to enrollment or verification once submitted you will need to notify the school. The office staff can then make the changes for you.

  • You can capture documents by taking a picture of the paperwork or form with your smartphone/tablet and email the image file to yourself.

  • If you have not received an email confirmation after clicking submit to an enrollment or verification, please review your junk or spam folders and mark  as a safe email address and not spam.
